We want every engagement to be easy to understand. These are the working terms for inquiries; final project or subscription terms are confirmed with you before payment.
What we prepare
TurnoviAI Preservation Desk offers administrative drafting of property-preservation bids, work-completion narratives, and invoice support documents from information supplied by a contractor. One packet is one requested document package for one work order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What we do not do
We do not inspect property, independently verify completed work or photographs, set or approve contractor pricing, certify regulatory compliance, access your customer portals, or submit final documents for you during this pilot. We never guarantee that a lender, property manager, or other third party will accept a document.
Contractor review is required
All outputs are drafts. You are responsible for verifying facts, names, addresses, dates, measurements, pricing, supporting evidence, licensing requirements, and the final submission. Missing information is called out rather than invented.
Price, timing, and acceptance
The website describes a proposed $49 single-packet trial and a $349/month plan for up to 15 standard packets, with one revision per packet. We confirm exact scope, availability, turnaround, pricing, and any recurring agreement in writing before accepting a paid request. A website inquiry is not an order, contract, or payment authorization. No payments are collected on this site.
Confidential information
Do not send tenant personal data, payment cards, passwords, or private portal credentials in your first inquiry. Confidential job documents should be shared only after the project scope and appropriate data-handling process are agreed.
